If you can improve the quality of your procrastination, your life will dramatically improve.
Reading books is an obvious one. Reading any semi-decent book outperforms most random web surfing and TV by a wide margin.
New to me, actually, is Twitter. I replaced a lot of my web surfing time with using Twitter, Buffer App, and only following around two dozen people I know personally. I click over there, waste a few minutes, fill up my queue on Buffer, but then the time spent "expires" and I go back to work -- there's nothing interesting left to do on Twitter at that time.
Twitter is way less valuable than working. But it's way better than deep rabbit-hole diving into web surfing.
