My tracking's been off, largely because my routine has been off. Rebasing in a new city/country leads to doing things differently, which teaches you things and leads to upgrades. When traveling, you're more likely to have epiphanies, breakthroughs, and huge gains and changes, but often that consistent day-to-day success and "trend upwards" stuff can get off course.
Here was D41 --
A rough outline of the day --
6:50AM: Awake (7 hours)
10AM: Figuring out pricing and feature mix of new product offering. (180 marketing)
10:30AM: Waiting.
2:30PM: Day got thrown off course. Heavy rainstorms, colleague late to wake, took a long time to find Mobicom since lost… squeezed in some reading.
7PM: (30 walking, 240 social)
9:15PM: Reading, walking, ready to sleep.
D42 was untracked. Had a really intense and tough negotiation that I was drained afterwards (got the deal!), and afterwards was pretty low... went for a many-hours walk. I'd been walking a ton and muscles felt sore and ground down, so consciously got off my diet to increase calories and stay healthy. The rainstorms had been brutal in Ulaanbaatar, so lots of dancing around big pools of water, etc.
In the nighttime, I found an awesome 24-hour workspace -- coincidentally, the guys I'm here working with found the same place, we ran into each other, and got some good stuff done into the early morning.
No tracking -- a lot of the "trend upwards" stuff is off, but big wins coming online regularly lately.
