I've had massively productive runs in the past -- probably you have too. So, what's different about this one?
I've been cutting and cutting and cutting back to try to get the core, essential, most important functions and projects in my life. AFter getting down to the most important business and personal projects, it was still more than could be done -- except with the help of best practices and organizing principles.
So, what's different about this 90 days? I plan on coming out of it feeling healthy and stronger than ever before. No huge run of work that sacrifices health and well-being. Instead, just best practices, good organization, and so on -- so, a massive push in work projects, personal life, and coming out of it even better.
I spent a considerable amount of time getting down to this list --

I would recommend against having that many areas of focus... the man that have one core project that he pours his life into, and maybe two other areas of interest will exceed the man with 20 areas of interest by far.
I wound up here actually by cutting a lot of other things I have going on -- other commercial projects and contracting, focusing just on the new company we're building that has the best mix of good results now and in the long-term (it was one of those "projects that grew into a company" things). Then, I've got some really wonderful people I'm collaborating with and important work in the philanthropy space.
But, if you were focusing on just one thing, and perhaps a couple sub-points there... you'd do a lot further. I cut real estate as an area of concern, even though I've got a few properties that produce cash. I've got a couple other small things, but I'm letting them stay in the background.
I'll elaborate on some of what I'm doing and what progress I'm making, and the realizations I learn by doing this.
For the people joining in (and feel free to join in at your own pace, start whenever, do it for 30 days, whatever makes sense for you), start thinking about, What are the core areas that are most important and relevant to you, that working on them produces a huge gain?
Note there's two components:
*Important to you
*Focusing/working on it right now produces a huge gain
Okay, I'll keep you updated.
