If scope is growing faster than completion is happening, and no plan is being made for that, eventually the amount to-be-done will be unmanageable.
A few ways to do deal with it --
*Say no to some things.
*Build structure to handle higher capacity.
*Set defined completion/launch/celebrate periods, and hold them religiously.
