I used to be really proud of how hard I worked. "I'm working hard." Etc.
It's shifted. I admire now, moreso, people who generate results.
Lots of generating results is about understanding yourself, taking time to sit and think and re-scope problems, make time for learning, making good relationships, etc.
"I'll get it done, no matter what" is infinitely more powerful than "I've been so busy so lately." The latter statement might even be anti-predictive of really meaningful success.
